the location was acceptable as it was close to the train station.
The room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked so the room remained warm. the bathroom also seemed dirty. There were noticeable stains and a strange smell (i'm not sure what it was). i also thought charging extra for luggage storage was excessive.

The location was great. i found it easy to access transport links. breakfast had a lot of choices and the staff were very helpful there. i also appreciated the good air conditioning. It really helped with the summer heat.

the hotel staff were helpful . the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, which i appreciated. i found the room to be clean (a must!). the hotel's proximity to the main train station was especially convenient for my travel plans.
I encountered an issue with luggage storage. I had to pay extra for it, which seemed excessive. i feel that free storage should be available.

the hotel is very close to the main train station. the metro station and bus stops are also nearby. i found it very easy to move around from this location.

The hotel restaurant provides good value, even though it can be busy. breakfast had many options. I could always find something good to eat (the pastries were great!). the coffee was also quite good.

the room was a decent size with comfortable beds, important. the bathroom included a very nice shower. daily cleaning kept everything fresh , and i found that quite useful.
